Substitutions

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, as well as the unpredictable issues presented by Mother Nature, some flowers may be limited or unavailable. Specific varieties or colours may not be available and will be substituted with flowers that are equal in value and maintain the integrity of the chosen arrangement. 

Second choice option is always preferred.

Deliveries

Same day delivery available when order is received by !2pm. All orders will be delivered between 10am-6pm. A valid phone number for the recipient must be provided. While every effort will be made to deliver directly to the recipient, the flowers will be left at the door (weather permitting) or with a neighbour if no one answers the door. In the event there is no one to accept the delivery, the door will be tagged with our contact information. If the recipient prefers to pick up their gift, the value of the delivery charge will be added to the arrangement.

Specific times can not be guaranteed but we can offer a 2 hour window.

In the rare event the recipient refuses the delivery, no refunds will be offered.

Residential deliveries will be called before the order is sent out to insure someone will be available to accept the delivery as well as address confirmation. We will not disclose who the flowers are from at that time, only confirm we have the correct information!

Quality Complaints

Quality complaints must be made within 4 days and include a photo. Once the image and timeline is assessed, we will come up with a solution that works best for the recipient. We work with fresh products and inevitably issues will arise, we appreciate any issues be brought to our attention so we can address/remedy the problem with our suppliers.

Mother Nature is not perfect and as such, we do not promise absolute perfection. Some leaves may have small nibbles from insects, some blooms may show water spots etc. We believe in using everything we can to reduce waste in the industry.

Card Messages

If your card message contains hateful, harassing or bullying language, your order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to translate messages into English to insure they comply with this policy.

If no name is specified on the card, we will put the senders name on the card.

Return and Refund policy

All sales are final.

As flowers are preishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be brought to ur attention within 24hrs of delivery.

We will happily replace any damaged item which may have had it's quality affected by shipping.

We do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in store credit may be available.

Returns are accepted for quality reasons only-issues of "not liking" the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

As flowers are perishable, they must be watered, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient's responsibility to water and recut the stems in order to keep the flowers alive as long as possible.
